leek & cheese – roast potatoes

Potatoes – Maris Piper/ Roosters are best options
Salt & Pepper
donnelly fresh Leek and Cheese Deli filler
Garlic mayo dip
oven method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C
- Par Boil Potatoes until they are slightly soft
- Drain and tip into an oven proof dish
- Season to your liking using salt and pepper
- Load the Leek and Cheese deli filler across the top of the potatoes
- Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the outside of the potatoes are crispy
- Once melted carefully take the tray out of the oven and serve with garlic mayo dip
air-fryer method
- Prepare the potatoes as above – and place them into the air-fryer drawer
- Load the leek and cheese deli filler across the top air-fry for 10 – 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the potatoes are crispy
- Serve as above
