Donnelly Fresh tortilla recipe

leek & cheese – tortilla chips

ingredients

Tortilla Chips – of your choosing
donnelly fresh leek & cheese deli filler
Sliced Jalapeno peppers

for the Pico de Gallo salsa

Tomato
Onion
Fresh Coriander
Fresh Lime

for the pico de gallo

  • Finely dice all of the ingredients and squeeze in the lime juice
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

for the tortillas

oven method
  • Preheat oven to 180C
  • Line an oven proof tray with greaseproof paper
  • Line the bottom of the tray with the tortillas
  • Spoon the donnelly fresh leek and cheese deli filler across the top of the tortillas
  • Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  • Take out of the oven and place onto a large serving tray
  • Sprinkle the sliced jalapeño peppers across the top
  • Serve with the Pico de Gallo on the side
air-fryer method
  • Line the tray with greaseproof paper
  • Cook and 180C for approx. 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  • Serve as per above
