Donnelly Fresh Roast Potato Recipe

leek & cheese – roast potatoes

ingredients

Potatoes – Maris Piper/ Roosters are best options
Salt & Pepper
donnelly fresh Leek and Cheese Deli filler
Garlic mayo dip

oven method

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C
  • Par Boil Potatoes until they are slightly soft
  • Drain and tip into an oven proof dish
  • Season to your liking using salt and pepper
  • Load the Leek and Cheese deli filler across the top of the potatoes
  • Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the outside of the potatoes are crispy
  • Once melted carefully take the tray out of the oven and serve with garlic mayo dip

air-fryer method

  • Prepare the potatoes as above – and place them into the air-fryer drawer
  • Load the leek and cheese deli filler across the top air-fry for 10 – 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the potatoes are crispy
  • Serve as above
